Jennifer has been a licensed Realtor / Broker for over ten years and her business is based on more than 85 percent referrals from satisfied clients. What's most important to her is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business.
Jennifer has an extensive professional background in real estate and lending. She began her career in real estate working for HFC/Beneficial as an Account Executive where her branch was the top producing branch five years in a row. From there, she grew and worked with a real estate attorney where she learned the foreclosure and short sale process from beginning to end. In 2010 Jennifer obtained her real estate license and since then she has helped over 1,200 families purchase and sell their properties in South Florida.
This knowledge, coupled with her undergraduate degree in hospitality management, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.
